Utilities connected, every system tested – and the keys are yours.

A light foundation is enough: screw piles or concrete footings. That's 3–5 days of work, no heavy machinery.
Yes. 100 mm of stone wool around the entire envelope, energy-saving 6+12+6 Low-E glazing and a sealed steel frame are built for year-round living.
Electrics to EU standard; water and sewerage connect to your mains or to standalone systems (a well, a septic tank).
Yes, we arrange viewings of demo units. Leave a request and we'll agree on a visit.
